Created all non-playable background elements for a new AAA IP and three additional incubation projects.
Designed skies, vistas, global lighting, atmosphere, buildings, mountains, animated objects, FX, play-space lighting, and materials.
Appointed to lead the world art strike teams to complete milestone tasks.
Responsible for cross disciplinary communication planning, delegating tasks, and bi-weekly reviews. I was able to successfully plan and execute several of these strike team efforts with a team of 7-10 multi-disciplinary team members. Such as: Environment art, concept, animation, character art, lighting, vfx, audio and design teams.
Assigned to work directly with engineering to improve proprietary engine workflows. This resulted in me working directly with the leads and directors of all disciplines.
Responsible for creating pitch documents, 3d mood studies, and video content for the milestone goals.
